WEEKLY POOL SERVICES
Filter Cleaning & Inspection
Regular filter cleaning and inspection to maintain optimal water circulation, system performance and clear, clean water.
Filter cleaning is included in the service.
Cartridge filters are cleaned every 3 months. If the system requires it, they are cleaned more frequently to maintain proper performance.
DE filters are backwashed monthly, with DE powder replenished after each cleaning.
Sand filters are backwashed weekly to ensure proper filtration and water clarity.
Water Quality Testing

Weekly Water Tests
The following parameters are tested during every service visit:

- Free Chlorine & Total Chlorine
- Salt (if applicable)

We top off pool chemicals weekly to maintain proper water balance.
Skimming
We remove leaves, insects, and surface debris from the pool.
Vacuuming
We vacuum the pool floor using a Riptide vacuum.
Brushing
We brush pool walls, steps, and hard-to-reach areas to prevent algae buildup.
Skimmer & Pump Baskets
We clean and empty skimmer baskets and the pump basket to ensure proper water flow.
Filter Cleaning
We inspect and clean the pool filtration system as needed.
Pump Check
We check the pump to ensure it is working properly and not making unusual noises.
Water Circulation
We verify proper water flow through the skimmers, pump, filter, and returns.
Water Level
We inspect the pool water level to ensure it is within the proper range for system operation.
Valves & Leaks Inspection
We inspect valves, plumbing, and equipment for leaks, damage, or abnormal moisture.
Timer & System Settings
We check and adjust the pump timer (and salt system if applicable) to ensure proper filtration cycles and clean water maintenance.

Additional Treatments
Pricing depends on pool condition and required chemicals, and is determined after inspection.
Additional treatments are required when pool conditions are affected by situations outside of routine weekly maintenance and standard chemical balancing.
This service may be needed after events such as pool repairs with draining and refilling, significant water loss requiring a full chemical reset, storms, hurricanes, heavy rainfall, high temperatures, or algae growth caused by external conditions affecting water balance.
It includes the use of specialized chemicals needed to restore proper water conditions beyond regular weekly treatment.
Green Pool Cleaning
Starting at:
- $300 – Light green / cloudy pool
- $500 – Medium algae buildup
- $800 – Heavy algae / severe contamination
We provide one-time cleaning service to restore green, cloudy, or algae-affected pools back to clear and usable condition through intensive cleaning, proper chemical treatment, and filter cleaning.
A fully working pump and circulation system is required to complete the service and achieve proper results.
